It may also include your name, email address and phone number when you contact us with an inquiry or request. We may also collect payment information, which will be processed by PayPal, our third party payment processor.

Information collected at events – We may collect information such as your name and email address when you attend our events.

Information automatically collected through the Services – We may automatically collect information about you when you use the Services. For example, we may use cookies and third party tracking technologies in connection with the Services that may automatically collect information about your use of the Services. Our Services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, we will delete such information as soon as possible.

We are a US-based company. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits visitors to the Services who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

12. HOW WE RESPOND TO DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

At this time, our website does not recognize automated browser signals regarding tracking mechanisms, which may include Do Not Track Signals.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will also revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
